Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information wepoker-hall-bot-ai.com collects when you visit, why it is collected, and what you can do about it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal filler.
Short version: this site is an information guide. We do not run poker games, we do not process payments here, and we never ask for your poker account password. The data we see is limited to standard web traffic information and anything you choose to send us in a message.
1. Who we are
We publish wepoker-hall-bot-ai.com, an independent guide covering the WePoker Hall club and the AI study assistant used by players of that club. We are not WePoker, WePoker Hall, or any poker platform, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. If you have a question about this policy, contact us on Telegram at @nztsupportmanager.
2. What we collect
Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, our hosting infrastructure records technical information when a page is requested. This normally includes:
- Your IP address, in whole or in truncated form
- Browser type, version and operating system
- The page you requested and the page that referred you
- Date and time of the request
- General location at country or city level, derived from the IP address
This information is used to keep the site running, understand which pages are read, and detect abuse such as automated scraping or attacks.
Information you give us
If you message us on Telegram or another channel listed on this site, we receive whatever you send: your username, your message, and any details you volunteer such as the format you play or your club. We use that only to answer you, set up a trial, or quote a price.
What we do not collect
- We do not ask for, want, or store your poker account password. No legitimate manager will ever request it.
- We do not process card payments or store payment details on this website.
- We do not collect special category data such as health, political opinions or biometric information.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
3. Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies or similar storage for two purposes: keeping the site working correctly, and measuring traffic in aggregate so we know which articles are useful. Analytics data is used at the level of trends, not individuals.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site is built to remain readable if you do; you may lose only convenience features.
4. Third parties and outbound links
This site links to external destinations, including a download link and Telegram. Once you follow an outbound link, you are on someone else's service and their privacy policy applies, not ours. We have no control over what they collect.
Where processing happens on our side, it may involve service providers such as our hosting company, a content delivery network and an analytics provider. They act on our behalf and are limited to what is needed to deliver the service.
5. Why we are allowed to process this data
Where the GDPR or a comparable law applies to you, our legal bases are:
- Legitimate interests — keeping the site secure, available and improving its content
- Consent — where you opt in to non-essential cookies or analytics, if a consent banner is shown to you
- Legitimate interests or contract — replying to a message you sent us
6. How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for a short period, normally measured in weeks, and then rotated out. Aggregate analytics may be kept longer because it no longer identifies you. Messages you send us are kept as long as needed to help you, and then deleted on request.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:
- Confirm what information about you we hold, and give you a copy
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete information we no longer need
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Withdraw consent you previously gave
Write to us on Telegram and we will handle the request. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable steps to protect the limited data we hold. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise. Protect yourself as well: never share account passwords, and treat any request for them as fraudulent regardless of who appears to be asking.
9. Age restriction
This site is intended for adults aged 18 or over. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes or the law does. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be reflected here rather than announced individually.
11. Contact
